1. Bookings will be secured only after proof of payment has been received by us.
2. No SWIFT transactions allowed.
3. All correspondence will be done via e-mail only. (No telephone bookings)
4. Check-in time 14H00, check-out time 11H00.

Cancellation Terms:

Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the pre-payment.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Saffron Guest House will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days. Saffron Guest House levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
